Leicester will now face Southampton in the last four. The Saints beat Bournemouth 3-0 yesterday.
Chelsea will take on Premier League leaders Manchester City in the other semi-final.
The Blues saw off Sheffield United 2-0 in Sundays early kick-off, while City beat Everton 2-0 on Saturday.
Both matches will be played at Wembley on the weekend of April 17.
The sides are playing for the right to take part in the 2021 final at Wembley on May 15.
